Rock Climbing To TopThe Georgian Triangle has a number of challenging climbs and the scenery is awesome. The popular Metcalfe Rock is one of Ontario’s oldest climbing areas. Great top roping, traditional and sport climbing here. Access is easy and close to the road, following the Bruce Tail. Pinnacle Rock is directly across from Metcalfe Rock and receives the morning sun. An extra bonus are the crevices and caves that surround it. Old Baldy is another amazing limestone cliff located close to Kimberley. You need a permit from theGrey Sauble Conversation Authority (519-376-3076) but it’s worth it for the incredible view. Rock climbing can be very dangerous without the knowledge of proper safety techniques.
